At DEPP we are committed to dealing with suppliers, customers and all stakeholders in an ethical way. We believe in improving the image of 'fast fashion' and ensuring our customers can feel secure they are buying for a reputable company.
Modern Slavery Statement
- We work with a range of suppliers from across the World and all times ensure they comply with local and international slave labour and workforce laws
- At all times we aim to comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act (2015) in order to tackle modern slavery, minimise risks and promote positive developments
- We operate a responsible management model to ensure we audit suppliers and stakeholders at all levels
Our Code of Conduct
- Our CoC is based on the principles and philosophy of the United Nations Global Compact, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. It also includes all the applicable conventions and recommendations of the International Labour Organisation (ILO)
- We always aim to develop long term relationships with our partners and suppliers
- We perform regular audits and quality assessments of our supplier facilities and working practices where feasible
Zero Tolerance approach
We will never work with any supplier or partner organisation who are found to be complicit in:
- Child labour
- Exploitation of refugees or displaced persons
- Forced or obligatory labour
- Significant health and safety risks
